Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Non-returnable ItemsÂ
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of books. If you are not sure if our books will meet your needs, please contact us at support@ravenpublishing.com.
Damages and Issues
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please photograph the box and the book(s). Be sure to keep the damaged box until you receive compensation. Show your paid invoice to the post office and they will reimburse your expenses.

If you do not receive compensation from the post office, please email us as soon as possible at support@ravenpublishing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
